Meet the Team
Sarah Sand
Blessed as a wife and mother of three, I grew up on a farm in rural Saskatchewan, where my early love for Jesus waned as I matured and became worldly. University exposed me to the negative actions of some religious individuals, leading me to reject Christianity and explore misguided beliefs, including new-age practices. Despite not seeking Him, Jesus revealed His immense love to me, but I initially lacked the wisdom to understand His significance. Marital struggles eventually led me to pray earnestly for healing, and through the Holy Spirit’s work, I was convicted of my wrongdoings and restored in faith. This conviction brought humility, praise, and peace, aligning with John 15:2’s message of pruning for greater fruitfulness.
Daryl Cooper
I was born and raised in small Saskatchewan and have called this province my home my entire life. I joined the financial services industry in 1980 as a banker with CIBC. I left CIBC in 1995 to form Cooper Wealth Management at BMO Nesbitt Burns and developed a successful business. I also enjoyed farming for many years with my family. I felt a connection with Jesus at a young age but wasn’t aware of how a relationship with Him worked.
Brad Hoffmann
I grew up in rural Saskatchewan, immersed in the values and traditions of a farming family. The strong work ethic, sensibility, and morals of a small prairie town have deeply influenced my approach to life and business. An entrepreneur at heart, I have a passion for building and creating businesses. This drive has led to the successful establishment of several small businesses in Saskatoon.
