II Corinthians 5:17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Sarah Sand

God blessed me with the title of wife to my husband a mother of three beautiful children. I grew up in a small community on a farm in rural Saskatchewan.

My journey with Christ started a young age in our little town. I had a love for Jesus as a child, but lost faith as I grew older.

More About Sarah

As I matured, I became increasingly worldly, unaware of the disconnect I was experiencing. I attended university, where I learned about the negative actions of religious individuals. Regrettably, I embraced the notion that Christianity itself harmed people, rather than recognizing that it was people’s actions that caused harm.

Therefore, I rejected Christianity and embarked on a quest for deeper truths, encountering many misguided beliefs. I was drawn into the new age movement and became increasingly self-centered and prideful.

Amidst the spiritual exploration, Jesus unexpectedly revealed His immense love to me. Although I didn’t actively seek Him, He came to me. Despite this profound encounter, I lacked wisdom to fully comprehend His significance.

My return to the Lord came about because of marital struggles, I reached out to the Lord in heartfelt prayer, desperate to heal my marriage. True to His promises, He showed me mercy and answered my prayers.

Gradually, through the works of the Holy Spirit, He convicted me of my many wrongdoings in marriage, family, counselling practice, and more. In this way, “He cut off every branch that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit” John 15:2

He broke cycles and restored my hope and faith. Conviction is a gift. It allows me to be humble, praise Him, and enjoy the peace He gives.

Daryl Cooper

I was born and raised in small Saskatchewan and have called this province my home my entire life. I joined the financial services industry in 1980 as a banker with CIBC. I left CIBC in 1995 to form Cooper Wealth management at BMO Nesbitt Burns and developed a successful business.

I also enjoyed farming for many years with my family. I felt a connection with Jesus at a young age but wasn’t aware of how a relationship with Him worked.

Despite a successful business and a family life with five children, that lack lack of a spiritual foundation led to a regrettable divorce. Upon the divorce I developed a hybrid spirituality that included attending Church occasionally along with many new age beliefs influenced by misleading books like “Conversations with God”. In August 2021 during the lockdowns, I was blessed to have been led to strong men and woman of God that had me recommit my life to Jesus, understanding that true fulfillment comes from prioritizing faith over worldly desires. I am now following the Lord’s guidance and spreading His teachings along the way.
